Information you provide through the website

The project-brief form prepares a message in your own mail application. The website does not upload or store the form fields. If you send the prepared email, DeLong Analytics receives the name, email address, project category, current-tool description, contact preference, optional file description, and message you chose to include.

Do not place passwords, account numbers, bank credentials, or other secrets in the website form.

Project information and personal dashboards

A first inquiry can use a plain-language description, redacted information, or sample data. DeLong Analytics does not require bank credentials for the personal dashboard service. For custody-calendar inquiries, do not include children's full names, court documents, case numbers, or sensitive family details in the website form. Exchange tracking refers to organizing information a user enters or imports. It does not monitor people, devices, or live locations.

If a project moves forward, any later exchange of files or project data is discussed as part of the scope. This page does not claim specific encryption, certification, compliance, or retention controls that have not been established.

How direct inquiries are used

Information you send is used to respond, evaluate a potential project, communicate about service delivery, and maintain ordinary business records. DeLong Analytics does not sell personal information.

Analytics and advertising measurement

With your choices applied through the cookie controls, Google Analytics may measure visits, pages, traffic sources, dashboard interactions, and contact intent. Google Ads may measure campaign results where permitted. DeLong Analytics does not intentionally send form-field contents, names, email addresses, financial values, or project messages to Google Analytics or Google Ads.

Before permission is granted, Google Consent Mode is set to deny analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization. Google tags may send consent-aware, cookieless measurements when configured. Optional cookies are written according to your choice.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which adds its own cookieless Web Analytics beacon to each page. It counts page views and basic browser and country information in aggregate, sets no cookies, and does not identify individual visitors, so it is not controlled by the cookie choices above. Cloudflare also processes requests as the hosting and security provider for the site.

Your choices

You may accept all optional measurement, reject it, or choose analytics and advertising separately. Reopen cookie settings at any time. Clearing browser storage may reset the saved choice.

Service providers and retention

Google processes measurement data, and Cloudflare processes hosting, security, and aggregate analytics data, each under its own terms and privacy documentation. DeLong Analytics keeps direct inquiries only as long as reasonably needed for sales follow-up, service delivery, legal obligations, and ordinary business records.
